Exxon Oil Outlook. Analysis of the report by Alfred J. Cavallo. The author says the report predicts non-OPEC oil peaks in five years, and the heavy oils, tar sands and oil shale will not be available to fill the demand. Rather OPEC will have to increase production. (Guess it's time to make some more solar panels!) Here is the actual report by ExxonMobil.
